1. Who we are
LNAT Chambers is operated by Kahunga ("we", "us", "the seller"). By creating an account or using the service, you enter into a contract with Kahunga. LNAT Chambers is an independent preparation service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the official LNAT or any university.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By continuing to use the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to subscribe.
3. The service
LNAT Chambers provides original practice material for the LNAT: twelve Section A reading passages with 42 multiple-choice questions, timed mock exams, Section B essay prompts with a writing workspace, automated essay reviews, progress analytics and downloadable reports. All content is original and proprietary to Kahunga.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service. In particular you must not: use it for any unlawful purpose; engage in fraud or spam; infringe intellectual property rights (including by copying, redistributing or reselling our passages, questions or prompts); interfere with the security or operation of the service (including malware, probing, or automated scraping); or share your account credentials with others.
Automated essay reviews are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are provided for educational guidance only and are not a substitute for professional tuition or official marking.
5. Intellectual property
We retain all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including all software, passages, questions, essay prompts, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan. You may not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent any technical limits of the service.
You retain ownership of the essays and content you write. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the service (including generating reviews).
6. Payments and subscriptions
Paid plans (monthly and annual) are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Please also see our Refund Policy.
7. Service level
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend or withdraw parts of the service for maintenance, security or legal reasons.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate these terms. When access ends, your practice data may be deleted; you may request an export of your essay texts before closure by contacting us.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill). Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where such exclusion is not permitted by law.
10. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive venue for disputes, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. We may assign these terms in connection with a merger or acquisition; you may not assign them without our consent. We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
